Wednesday, November 5

Today, I did:
  • 10 box squats then 2 push-ups - I repeated this 10 times
  • 2 Turkish get-ups - performing each part 3 times before going on to the next

The turkish get up will change you. It will make you more stable, stronger, and more durable. Finish each set of triple with a full get up, done smooth and clean - Keep up the great work. Coach G
