Today, I did:

  • Stability circut (3 times with no rest):
    - Bridge - 30 sec.
    - Wall Sit with isometric bicep curls - 30 sec.
    -TGU Rotational Lunge to standing - 3 right side and 3 left side
    -Kneeling push-up to plank - holding plank for 3 count - repeated five times
