I feel bad about not doing that much of the GPP and SSP, because I couldn't find the e-mail with the stuff to do...so I used Char's blog, and did everything she's done.
Anyway, I did everything twice, today! :)
I did more leg circles
I did more against the wall squats, which make my knees sore, and I'm still not sure if I did them right...
And, I did more box squats, and I did that weird breathing thing again, too :)
I did 25 shots low and to the corner and 25 shots high and to the corner or high and to the middle - some were about 18 yards away and some were about 10 yards away, and some were in between.
