Today, I also did:

  • 20 perfect push-ups (well, as close as I could get)
  • 80 crunches in a row (my neck hurt so bad after!!!!)

Your neck is not supposed to hurt - Crunches work your ABS!!! relax your neck and shoulders - compress your abs - perfect practice!!! Coach G.
