Tuesday, September 16

Today, I did:
  • Box squats, with the funny breathing.
  • Against the wall squats (I think I'm getting closer to doing them right :D).
  • Leg circles.
  • Lunges with the AWESOME YELLOW THING that we used at practice :D.
  • Hamstring and hip-flexers stretches that Coach showed to me.
  • Squats with the AWESOME YELLOW THING!! :) Then squats/jumps without it.
