- Box squats, with the funny breathing.
- Against the wall squats (I think I'm getting closer to doing them right :D).
- Leg circles.
- Lunges with the AWESOME YELLOW THING that we used at practice :D.
- Hamstring and hip-flexers stretches that Coach showed to me.
- Squats with the AWESOME YELLOW THING!! :) Then squats/jumps without it.
