Tuesday, October 14

Today, I did:
  • Turkish get-up...three times each side (I still can't do it with a water bottle on my hand)
  • Box squats, with my feet far apart, in the middle, and almost touching, 20 times each
  • Ankle, lower leg, and leg circles, seven times each
  • Incline push-ups (15 of them)
