Wednesday, October 15

Today I did:

  • Turkish Get-Up with a half-full water 8 ounce water bottle on my fist (3 times each side)
  • Box squats ten times with my feet far apart, then in the middle, then close together. The first time I did it with the strechy yellow band and the second time without it.
  • Ankle, lower leg, and whole leg circle things, seven times each leg
  • 15 incline push-ups
