- Box squats, 10 reps of 10. First with my feet far apart, then in the middle, then touching, with a push-up in between each rep.
- Hamstring strech, 20 reps with my toes in the air and 20 reps with my heels in the air.
- Hip flexor strech, 5 times with both feet on the floor 5 times with my right leg in the air and 5 times with my left leg in the air.
- Turkish Get-Up 3 times on each movement before going to the next movement, then 3 times each side (the full get-up).
