Today, I did:
  • 10 box squats then 2 push-ups - I repeated this 10 times
  • 2 Turkish get-ups - performing each part 3 times before going on to the next

Today, I did:

  • Box squats, 10 reps of 10. First with my feet far apart, then in the middle, then touching, with a push-up in between each rep.
  • Hamstring strech, 20 reps with my toes in the air and 20 reps with my heels in the air.
  • Hip flexor strech, 5 times with both feet on the floor 5 times with my right leg in the air and 5 times with my left leg in the air.
  • Turkish Get-Up 3 times on each movement before going to the next movement, then 3 times each side (the full get-up).

Today, I did:

Today I did:

  • Turkish Get-Up with a half-full water 8 ounce water bottle on my fist (3 times each side)
  • Box squats ten times with my feet far apart, then in the middle, then close together. The first time I did it with the strechy yellow band and the second time without it.
  • Ankle, lower leg, and whole leg circle things, seven times each leg
  • 15 incline push-ups

  • Turkish get-up...three times each side (I still can't do it with a water bottle on my hand)
  • Box squats, with my feet far apart, in the middle, and almost touching, 20 times each
  • Ankle, lower leg, and leg circles, seven times each
  • Incline push-ups (15 of them)

  • Turkish get-up with a small bottle on my hand
  • Lunges with the cool yellow stretchy band thingy :)

  • 20 perfect push-ups (well, as close as I could get)
  • 80 crunches in a row (my neck hurt so bad after!!!!)

Today, I did:
  • Box squats, with the funny breathing.
  • Against the wall squats (I think I'm getting closer to doing them right :D).
  • Leg circles.
  • Lunges with the AWESOME YELLOW THING that we used at practice :D.
  • Hamstring and hip-flexers stretches that Coach showed to me.
  • Squats with the AWESOME YELLOW THING!! :) Then squats/jumps without it.

I feel bad about not doing that much of the GPP and SSP, because I couldn't find the e-mail with the stuff to do...so I used Char's blog, and did everything she's done.

Anyway, I did everything twice, today! :)
  • I did more leg circles
  • I did more against the wall squats, which make my knees sore, and I'm still not sure if I did them right...
  • And, I did more box squats, and I did that weird breathing thing again, too :)

  • I did against the wall squats, but I'm not sure if I did them right...oh well, I tried
  • I also did leg circles
  • And, I did box squats...yes, including the weird breathing thing, coach!! :)

  • I did 50 push passes against a wall.
  • I did 25 shots low and to the corner and 25 shots high and to the corner or high and to the middle - some were about 18 yards away and some were about 10 yards away, and some were in between.
